We’re excited to announce the next event in our line of Comic Book Guys/CGC In-House Private Signings — Soul Plumber #1 with John McCrea!
Soul Plumber launches just in time for the Spooky Season! From the creators of The Last Podcast On The Left, exorcism just got a whole lot easier. After attending a seminar hosted in a hotel conference room by a mysterious group called the Soul Plumbers, Edgar Wiggins, disgraced former seminary school student, discovers what he thinks is the secret to delivering souls from the thrall of Satan. But after stealing the blueprints and building the machine himself, out of whatever he can afford from his salary as a gas station attendant, Edgar misses the demon and instead pulls out an inter-dimensional alien with dire consequences for all of mankind.
Comic Book Guys will coordinate with John McCrea to have the comic books signed on Saturday 16th October 2021.
If the Comic Book Guys/CGC Private Signing needs to be rescheduled due any postponements, cancellations, travel restrictions or other reasons, Comic Book Guys will securely store all submissions in its vault until the event can be rescheduled.
After John signs the comics, Comic Book Guys will work with CGC to ensure the books are graded and encapsulated with a fast track turnaround time.
Once graded and encapsulated, the collectibles will be available for instore collection at Comic Book Guys.
The fee for the Comic Book Guys/CGC In-House Signing is £89.95 per item, which includes:
* John McCrea's signature (limited to only 10 CGC slots/packages available)
* Fast tracked expedited turnaround time for CGC grading
* Encapsulation with CGC’s iconic authenticated yellow Signature Series label
Orders for this event must be received by Comic Book Guys no later than midnight on Friday 15th October 2021 to guarantee the signed CGC comic at this spooktacular price. After this date, the price WILL increase.
Raw signed copies (that is copies not CGC'ed/Slabbed) are also available for the spooktacular price of £19.95 whilst stocks last.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will endeavour to make sure that all comics will maintain a NM or better status once signed. However, there is an inherent risk when a collectible is subjected to additional handling from a signing event (e.g. by the artist/writer etc) which may result in a lower grade for the collectible than prior to the signing event. Therefore, we are not guaranteeing a CGC grade minimum for the signing event but will do absolutely everything in our control to ensure as maximum grades as we can. Priority will be given to the signed copies to be slabbed so the best copies available will be used for CGC.
